This was another truly extensive house refurbishment undertaken by Red Oak, in fact, only the external walls and roof remain from the original house.

Completely new fit out of all rooms:

• New bespoke kitchen designed and manufactured by us
• We changed levels of all floor decks
• Ground floor level was dropped down below ground level
• New wall/room/floor layouts
• New staircase
• New windows
• AV and home automation system

Everything inside was new!
